Whitehaven Beach tours from Airlie Beach
GSL Marine's Whitehaven days start at Port of Airlie. You board Pina Colada at Port of Airlie, cruise through the Whitsunday Islands in just over an hour, and spend the day the way you want: on the sand, at the Hill Inlet lookout, in the water with a snorkel, or a bit of everything.

What's included on every Whitehaven tour
- Buffet-style lunch served on the beach when weather and conditions permit (it isn't all-you-can-eat)
- Morning snack and afternoon fruit on board
- Beach club access with shaded areas and beach games
- National Park fees
- Guides and crew
- Water bottle refills on board
Not included: extra drinks and snacks (onboard kiosk), underwater camera hire, hotel transfers, swimwear (bring your own) and towels (limited, bring your own).
Good to know
There's no seafood or nuts on the lunch menu. Whitehaven is remote, so if you have allergies or strict dietary needs, bring your own food and tell the crew on the day.
Pina Colada, our fast catamaran
Pina Colada is a wave-piercing catamaran with covered seating and a bow ramp for stepping straight onto the beach. On low tides, and for the Hill Inlet walk, we use a tender transfer instead. There's a kiosk on board for drinks and snacks.

The order changes with the tide, weather and safety calls on the day. Snorkelling is at a fringing reef, normally Chalkies, and may move to another fringing reef if conditions aren't suitable. You may spot dolphins, turtles and, from June to September, whales, but wildlife is never guaranteed.
