Where to check in
All tours check in at Rufus & Co Cafe, 33 Port Drive, Port of Airlie, Airlie Beach QLD 4802, a five-minute walk from the town centre. Please arrive 30 minutes before your departure and come to the cafe, not the boat. Rufus & Co opens at 7am if you'd like breakfast or a coffee first. Parking is available at Port of Airlie.

What time do Whitehaven tours leave and return?
Check in at 8:30am for a 9:00am departure. You're back at Port of Airlie at about 4:45 to 5:00pm.
Do I need a licence for the jet ski tour?
No jet ski licence or experience is needed. Drivers must be 16 or older; passengers 8 or older with an adult driver.
What happens if a tour is cancelled for weather?
If we cancel for safety or weather, you can choose a full refund or move to another day.
Is lunch included on Whitehaven tours?
Yes, a buffet-style lunch served on the beach when weather and conditions permit. It isn't all-you-can-eat and has no seafood or nuts. If you have allergies, please bring your own food and tell the crew.
Can I book a private charter?

Is GSL Marine connected to GSL Aviation?
No. GSL Marine runs boat and jet ski tours only. We don't sell scenic flights.
